A. Updates
June updates of AGOL resolved the following issues identified by Working Group.
- When someone comments on items, the item owner will be notified via email. No need to subscribe RSS.
- Enterprise Login can be used for Esri Access. Note – it appears some limitation still remains.

B. Group Management
1. List of Current Groups
- Go through the list and identify non-active/active groups
2. How to organize groups?
- Public group: Public applications/services can be collected here. (e.g. Open Data Group)
- Web service group: Popular services can be collected inside this group.
- Organization groups: By department
- Project groups: Most flexible groups
- *Renaming of the groups does not negatively impact the existing members, applications, etc.
