Permitting – EPIC-LA (Items to explore)
  • GIS viewer (current status) within EnerGov (current version and capabilities)
  • Permit types (solar, WCF, affordable housing, ADU, enforcement, ?)
  • Permit types and simple viewer (like Building Eye or Citizen Connect)
  • Links or enhancements to CSS
  • ArcGIS Urban (DRP is lead on this, will be exploring)
  • Governance – regular monthly meetings
Homelessness and Affordable Housing
  • Homeless group, LAHSA, City of LA
  • Various apps – various initiatives
    • mobile home housing program
Trees (initiatives)
Various studies
  • Tree canopy from LARIAC data
  • LMU
Assessor (discussion items)
  • Zoning – in PDB (it is not correct, needs to be updated or removed)
  • Use codes (and other fields, situs address, etc.) – they need to maintain better or give us an ability to report errors/omissions
  • Access to more info in their Portal (planners really need the building description slips)
  • Billboards (Director of Planning asked about this in 2018…not much work done)
  • Govt parcels (yr built, value and other items) – no one manages this, but someone should
  • Maintenance of disparate systems (GIS boundaries, PDB attributes, AMB images, etc.) – how do their groups work together
OEM (To Do Items)
  • GIS Activation Roster Program – need to get this finalized
  • Ready apps
  • Evacuations (with Sheriff)
  • Homeless and VHFHSZ
  • Use of SALUS (regular OEM use and for homeless?)
