The LA County Enterprise GIS (eGIS) website serves as an internal (within the county network) website for communication relating to GIS operations, committees and subcommittees, and related topics within the County of Los Angeles.
The primary audience for this site are GIS professionals across County departments. However, this site contains valuable information and resources that may be of interest to others in the county interested in learning more about the structure and function of GIS in the county.
This site is managed by the County Geographic Information Officer (GIO), Dr. Steve Steinberg, GISP, with support from the eGIS team at ISD, subcommittee chairs and the eGIS Steering Committee.
