I am encouraging everyone to upload a picture into their MS Outlook. This is integrated into the MS Office 365 program. Like the DRP Employee Finder (most of you don’t know what this is; but that’s okay), it’s a way to put a face with a name. It works across the platform so it works in the Skype for Business chat client that many of us are now using.
It’s really easy to upload. Go to MS Outlook. Click on the ‘File’ menu option. Then you’ll see the Account Information page there. There is the ability to upload or change your image.
