The LAR-IAC 4 Authorized User Confidentiality and Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) document has recently been revised by our County Counsel. Changes include clarifying (i) that the confidentiality obligations are imposed on contractors and consultants of County departments and not on County employees, and (ii) that the signature of the County employee at the bottom of the NDA is for authorizing any such contractor/consultant to have access to the subject data (i.e., become “Authorized Users” under the Pictometry agreement).
