eGIS NOTICE: Service Level Agreement (SLA) – Revised for FY18-19

The eGIS Service License Agreement (SLA) has been revised for FY18-19, and distributed to departmental GIS Managers and Coordinators.

The following changes to the original SLA document have been made:

  • Page 12: Added a note in the metric section regarding exclusion of third party vendor applications
  • Pages 10 -15: All support matrices were updated to reflect new staff in the eGIS Group
  • Page 18 (eGIS Client Representative Directory): The table was updated to reflect primary GIS contact changes and changes in the eGIS Group staffing (please take note of your eGIS Departmental Rep)
  • Page 19 (ISD eGIS Contacts): Added eGIS Group Manager contacts to include Branch and Division Managers
  • Page 20 (eGIS Premium Services): Prices listed were updated to reflect new ISD hourly rate as reported in the latest ISD Customer Rate Handbook
