Issue has been resolved, all functionalities of ArcGIS Online should be operating as normal.

ArcGIS Online is currently experiencing some outages and as a result you may not be able to access your content or search for content. Other services on ArcGIS Online may be down as a result.
When any more information is available we will update the post.
