The Esri UC is quickly approaching and so is the Map Gallery.
Submissions for the Map Gallery will be handled a little differently this year, so read up!
- There will only be 9 panels in the Map Gallery reserved for LA County (down from 18 in previous years)
- Posters will be considered by a Selection Committee/panel who will pick the best 9 to be displayed in the Map Gallery
- GIS Managers, please work with your teams to submit your posters (2-3 max per department) to Tia or posted in shared below (info below) by COB Friday, May 3rd
- Posters will be placed on a shared drive for the Selection Committee members to access and review
- We will convene a WebEx to review & discuss the posters the week of May 6th
- You can also paste your poster in this shared location (make sure your file names include your name and department, e.g. “MyPoster_DEPT_FirstLastName:”):

- Selected posters will be announced the week of May 6th
- Selected poster owners will have the weeks of May 13th and 20th to make an final edits/changes
- Selected poster owners will need to register their posters online for the Map Gallery by May 24th
