As mentioned yesterday in the Steering Committee meeting, there is draft language for a bill to enhance GIS at the State Level, largely in support of the recommendations of the Little Hoover Commission Report released least November.
Several of you in the meeting asked to see the language, which is attached HERE as a Word Document.
Of course this is not the final language, just an early draft and will likely evolve in the coming month before it is introduced around the 3rd week of February.
