We received a notice from ESRI letting us know that their DevOps team will be performing a planned update for ArcGIS Online at 9PM Pacific on Tuesday June 21 (see below). If you experience any issues after the update, please email EGIS at egis@isd.lacounty.gov and include “ArcGIS Online Release Related…” in the subject line. We will then forward the information to ESRI.

This is a friendly reminder that there is a planned update for ArcGIS Online at 9PM Pacific on Tuesday June 21st. If you particularly rely on certain web maps or apps within ArcGIS Online, it is highly recommend that you verify that they are working as expected prior to the update, and then check them daily throughout the week (after the upgrade) to ensure they continue to work as expected.
