In an ongoing effort to provide ArcGIS Online governance, the eGIS team will be performing enforcement actions on August 30. Please review the ArcGIS Online Management Dashboard ASAP and remedy any action items prior to that date to avoid staff accounts being disabled or deleted.

Here is the enforcement schedule:

  • August 16 – Dashboard refreshed
  • August 17-18 – All users out of compliance emailed
  • August 29 – Dashboard refreshed again & users out of compliance sent a final email
  • August 30 – Enforcement actions taken:
    • Any user who last logged in over 6 months ago will be deleted
    • Disabled users who last logged in over 3 months ago will be deleted
    • Users with incomplete user profile (thumbnail, bio) will be disabled
    • Owners of groups with incomplete metadata (thumbmail, summary, description) will be disabled

While reviewing your profile, groups, and items in ArcGIS Online, please consider setting your user profile visibility to Everyone (public).

Thanks all for your time and efforts!
