The 2022 Esri UC solidified the need for a complete transition for ArcGIS Pro ASAP!
One of the sessions provided helpful links to those who are hesitant to make the transition. I will share some value-added eGIS Member benefits knowledge.

Many users express hesitation due to the linking of folders and databases in Pro being vastly different. Esri posted a helpful blog regarding how to make this transition more streamlined. But also, eGIS (Shannon) has created a template for users to download and customize for their departments, sections, etc., links to databases and folders of frequent use. For eGIS, this template streamlines the connections to the eGIS repository layers and web servers. Handy right?
