Revised Service Level Agreement (SLA) FY 22/23

UPDATE 2/2/2023: SLA FY 22/23 has been updated to reflect the newest eGIS staffing and member departments. Link is below.

UPDATE 9/15/2022: SLA FY 22/23 has been updated to reflect the latest approved ISD hourly rates.

The eGIS Service Level Agreement (SLA)  has been updated to reflect the eGIS coverages in each service type (Section 5), eGIS Client Representative Directory (Appendix) and eGIS contact information (Appendix).
