The eGIS Service License Agreement (SLA) has been revised for FY20/21, and distributed to departmental GIS Managers and Coordinators.
Changes in this update include:
- Prices listed were updated to reflect new ISD hourly rate as reported in the latest ISD Customer Rate Handbook.
- Staff changes and changes to eGIS Departmental Reps (pg.19)
- List ArcGIS Hub under eGIS Applications (pg.13)
- Added Esri Premium Support under General Provisions (pg.6), and Support Request Models (pg.6-8).
- Reference updated Portal Policy document (pg.21)
- Add scripting & automation to eGIS Premium Services (pg.21)
